Gretsch 1992 Country Classic I in excellent condition with original hardcase.
- In 1992, Fred Gretsch had owned the company for about 4 years after a buy-back from Baldwin. The guitars were made in Japan.
- The guitar is named Country Classic because Gretsch had lost the license to the Country Gentleman name
- It has a "standard" control setup of a master volume, individual pickup volume, master tone, and pickup selector
- It has cut out f holes (not painted on)
- It has ceramic pickups
- It has a 25.5" scale and an Ebony fretboard with neo-classic inlays
- Other hardware includes a Bigsby B-6C (with the cutout V), and standard flat handle, and , a roller bridge
Adjusted on Elixir 10 guage strings.
